The Autonomous Register of Health Professional Workers was created and began to function on August 18, 2023 on the basis of the Order on Health Care Employees of Ukraine, adopted by the Council of Health Care Workers of Ukraine and approved by the Order of the Head of the Ukrainian Health Professional Registration Agency dated August 15, 2023.

The Autonomous Register of Health Professional Workers (ARHPW) is an electronic database that contains information (information) about the number and personal composition of workers in the medical, pharmaceutical, dental and other professional fields of health care who have received membership (registration) in the Ukrainian Health Professional Registration Agency, current professional status, reputation, acquired experience, educational qualification and specialty, pre-diploma, post-diploma training and advanced training, about the right to practice medicine, lack of criminal record, about membership in public organizations, unions, associations.
The Agency owns ARHPW as a private property and ensures its operation solely for the purpose of displaying information about members who have registered with the Agency.
The information displayed in ARHPW contains exclusively the purpose of archiving data about a registered member of the Agency.
SEARCH FOR A REGISTERED HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEE
With the help of ARHPW, it is possible to find an employee of medical, pharmaceutical, dental and other health care professional fields who have received membership (registration) in the Ukrainian Health Professional Registration Agency.
To do this, it is necessary to specify full name in the search section or member registration number;
When working with the information displayed on the web page (interface) of the registered member of the Agency, information from the general portfolio of the member is available for review, namely:
- full name
- contacts;
- date of obtaining of registration and its validity;
specialization;
You can get extended information or data about medical, pharmaceutical, dental and other professional healthcare employee who has obtained membership (registration) in the Ukrainian Health Professional Registration Agency in the following way:
- order an extended Electronic Statement from the ARHPW by the owner of the user’s web page;
- order an extended Electronic Extract from the ARHPW for presentation at the place of demand;
- to order an extended Electronic Extract from ARHPW at the request of state authorities, foreign qualification institutions and organizations, foreign authorities, employers, educational institutions, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners;
